Our founders Riley and Thompson came together to open Black Phoenix the Brokerage with a focus on helping anyone navigate the world of buying and selling real estate.

As seasoned investors, Thompson and Riley recognized the challenges of working with companies that often lacked an investor's perspective. This realization drove them to develop a system designed to optimize client profitability while fostering mutually beneficial relationships between landlords and tenants. This vision ultimately led to the establishment of their Property Management Department. With Thompson’s background as a Tampa native and real estate broker, coupled with Riley’s extensive experience as a real estate investor, their partnership was a natural step toward delivering exceptional value to their clients.
